This is the HI Spice version of the cult classic from Huy Fong....Sriracha!!! We use Hawai'i-grown red ripened jalapenos for its incredible flavor and added the fiery little Hawaiian chilies we all love here in the islands for an extra little bump in heat you don't expect in a Sriracha style sauce. On top of all that goodness, this sauce is absolutely loaded with ALL the garlic. Sweetened with local Maui honey and zero artificial preservatives, we enhanced the chili and garlic flavor using fresh squeezed Maui lime juice for an epic pop of flavor!!

I heard about HI Spice Srirachas from a friend. And then when I saw Brian Ambs review of both the regular and the smoked, I knew I had to try it. This is THE BEST sriracha I have ever tasted. So good! I had co-workers try some on their pizza. They were so impressed, they noted they wanted to get some. So 2 guys I work with took trips to Hawaii and were going to pick up some there with y'all. Everyone I point to HI Spice seems to fall in love with them. If you want something dynamite and tasty, pick up a bottle or 3!
