This sauce features our fiery 7 pot Katie peppers grown here on Maui. They have the heat of a ghost pepper, but also the bright citrus flavor of a habanero to pair perfectly with the tropical flavor of the pineapple and ginger combo. The ginger actually accentuates the tartness of the pineapple and the heat of the peppers to deliver a mind blowing flavor bomb.

How we like to sauce it up…

This is a go-to for fish tacos, but one of our favorite uses is to make an instant spicy teriyaki in the sauce pan by adding tamari or soy sauce! The honey caramelizes perfectly to your veggies and chicken or fish as the temp cools down.

Heat and Sweet

Keep in mind that this is coming from a guy who has been using everything from Dave's Insanity Sauce to the Last Dab looking for both flavor and heat, so when I say this is hot, I mean for the regular folks. This is mild to me, just enough heat to add to the flavor without detracting from it. And pineapple... Add this to ham and you'll have a great surprise. My first time, though, was with just a burger. Going to try it next time with some teriyaki, make it a real flavor fest. But, I can't share it. The rest of the house is no flame from my daughter to my mother-in-law. Too bad. This is really good. More for me.

I ordered the Pineapple Ginger in a 4 pack after discovering Hi Spice on vacation last month and it is my new favorite hot sauce. So flavorful and spicy with a bit of a tingle, so I just keep going back for more. So far I've eaten it on pita chips, eggs and rice, and fried chicken...it makes everything taste better. If you like a sweet, tangy, spicy and balanced hot sauce, Pineapple Ginger is a must have.

Christmas shopping is done.

Picked up a bottle while on vacation and I can’t stop eating it. This has some heat but damn is it good. So far I have had it on grilled fish and on my eggs for breakfast. I now know what I will be buying family members for Christmas. Thanks for making such a delicious product!
