This is the smoked version of our O.G. Sriracha!! Using local kiawe (Kee-ahh-vay) which is a member of the mesquite family brought to Hawai'i by the missionaries, it gives a subtle sweet smoky flavor which will blow your mind!

This sauce screams wings and pizza all day, but our favorite new recipe is to use it on Ahi poke nachos on fried tempura chips!!

This is SO good!

I did a taste test of some local hot sauces in Kihei and this was by far my favorite. I took a bottle home and went through it so fast, I immediately had to order more! The Kiawe smoke flavor is just so good. I’m not a big fan of regular sriracha because something about the tangy taste isn’t good to me. But the smoke flavor must cancel that out because this is delicious. A low medium heat so it doesn’t kick you in the face; highly recommend.

Excellent sauce!

Never wrote a review for a sauce before but had to give my thoughts on it. Great pepper flavor with a hint of smokiness balanced out with a bit of garlic and honey. Probably the best sriracha sauce ever made honestly, 10/10.
