As a special end of the year surprise, we crafted two special sauces with new and improved recipes!! Golden Goose is made with local Poha Berries (goose berries if you’re on the Continent) with an aromatic Mint infused vinegar perfect for all the turkey and ham the holidays can throw at you!! Dance of the Sugar Rum Fairy was created by cooking down locally grown Persimmons with Ko Hana Rum Distillery’s Koko Leka dark rum and melded with Manoa Chocoalate cacao nibs into an infused vinegar of cinnamon sticks, vanilla beans, nutmeg, and cloves. Top off your desserts or even go crazy and think spicy Horchata as a night cap!!
