We met Will & Shannon of the TacoSlayers in May of 2020, and things have been spicy ever since! Will is known for the most consecutive days in a row of eating & creating the tastiest tacos on the planet, and we were hiding this recipe in our back pocket for a minute and knew it belonged on tacos. Specifically, tacos they were eating. And now you get to share in the goodness with them. We hope you enjoy this version of a traditional recipe passed down to us from friends near Guadalajara, Mexico.
