Chimmi Chimmi Ya! is a creamy take on a traditional chimmi churri style sauce, but with a KICK! Blended with fresh local parsley, tons of garlic, and locally grown poblano & green super hot peppers, this sauce is sure to dazzle on any grilled meats, or you can elevate your next alfredo or stroganoff dish with some heat. We deviated from the traditional use of oil in a chimmi churri by substituting Tahini (sesame paste) to give it a delightful savory and creamy texture that we hope you all enjoy!!
