Pho-inspired and flavor-obsessed!! Oven roasted mushrooms & local tomatoes with a healthy dose of Aka miso build the umami mind meld while Chocolate Ghost Peppers bring the heat. Finished with an aromatic spice infused rice wine vinegar for a fiery, mind-bending Do-Doooo-Da-Doo-Doo, Pho Namahna!
