Maui grown black raspberries make this amazing sauce a possibility. It has a very full raspberry flavor right up front on the tip of your tongue and then BAM!!! The chocolate ghost peppers (bhut jolokia) take the baton and run to the finish line with the heat. More intense in my opinion than our Smoked Scorpion as it is a more immediate heat.
How we like to sauce it up…
This sauce is for all of you hunters out there. It pairs amazingly with venison, lamb, and duck. Our favorite recipe so far was for braised lamb shank with a light drizzle of the Raspberry Ghost. And for dessert try a little drizzle on your vanilla bean ice cream. Nom nom nom!!
