This sauce was inspired by the incredible KokoLeka rum from Kō Hana Distillers on Oahu. Paired with Maui Brewing Co.'s Island Root Beer and Washington cherries. Koko meaning chocolate in Hawaiʻi, this sauce has a rich velvety chocolate & cherry flavor backed up with the heat of Carolina Reapers and Trinidad Moruga Scorpion peppers. This sauce pairs incredibly well with anything salty & crispy like crispy pork belly!!

In love with HI SPICE!!!

My coworker went here on vacay, and brought me back a bottle of the smoked scorpion..let me tell you it was amazing and had me hooked. The next week i signed up for the subscription, and they didn't disappoint. I picked the variety spice option to see what else they had to offer. I have only tried 2 so far but once again they knocked it out the park. I also love reading about them on the bottle, i'm all about supporting local businesses. You know how people walk around with hot sauce in there purse or bag. I have mine in a refillable bottle on my keychain and use their HI SPICE hot sauce. Justin and Katie please don't stop what you are doing because it is perfect.

Can’t wait for my quarterly sauce subscription to drop! The surprise sauce quickly becomes my newest favorite. Can’t wait to try the new hot mustard! These guys have nailed the recipes for amazing sauces regardless of your heat level preference.

I love Hi Spice

I want to start off by saying how much I enjoy Hi Spice hot sauce. You simply can't find better quality hot sauce. My last order did have a bottle of triple garlic sauce where the cap was not seated properly under the black wrapper seal. So essentially, the bottle was open upon arrival. Other than that, all of my orders have been outstanding.
